Hollenbeck {Mission: Love From Home}

{For the last two year’s, I have had the honor of doing free sessions for families who have a loved one deployed overseas. I have met some of the sweetest families, and I love hearing their stories and being able to help them send a little love to their soldier!}

I spent a brisk but great morning with Angie and her kiddos! They are stinkin’ cute, but their personalities are really what won me over! I try hard not to play favorites, but I couldn’t help myself – Jack makes the best faces!

Be sure to leave some love for the Hollenbeck Family (add a comment below) to help them win a free 8×10!

If you are interested in booking a session with Mandi McDougall Photography, e-mail me at info@mandimcdougallphotography.com. If you are a friend of Angie’s and mention that when you book, you receive a $50 print credit.

Reichert {Mission: Love From Home}

This lovely family got to test out the Christmas Mini backdrop and get some great pictures to send to Dad who is stationed overseas. The girls took a little time to warm up, but once we got rolling we had a lot of fun!

Yedlinsky {Mission: Love From Home}

One of my favorite locations this fall has been Schilter Family Farms in Nisqually. There are such a great diversity of locations on the property that are perfect for families with little ones who need space to run around and have fun during portraits! I had a great time getting to know Nicole and her family, and I know her husband will love getting these portraits overseas!

Archambault {Mission: Love From Home}

It is always fun getting to connect with families for my Mission: Love From Home sessions. I love hearing about their loved one overseas, when they will be home, and it’s nice knowing they will get a little something to make those months away a little easier! Toni and her family are just super nice and delightful people. The kids were full of energy and did a great job, and do they not just look perfectly dressed for the fall?!

Mission: Love From Home

For the last two year’s, I have had the honor of doing free sessions for families who have a loved one deployed overseas. I have met some of the sweetest families, and I love hearing their stories and being able to help them send a little love to their soldier during the holidays!

These sessions can be outdoors or in my studio, and will include 2 5x7s and the offer of 70 % off a proof book to send to your loved one! That makes the proof book only $30, and it comes with 20 of your favorite images from the session. I am booking these now, and they are first come first serve, so contact me to get on the schedule!

And reposting this bit from last year: {I thought I should also add a little about why these sessions are so important to me. My brother is in the Navy, and was deployed last holiday season. Seeing him, for the first time since Memorial Day, via video chat on Christmas Eve was the highlight of my Christmas (besides getting to watch my son open presents on his first Christmas). I know how fast kids grow and change, and how much getting to see our loved ones can boost morale!}

A few of my favorites from a Mission: Love From Home session last fall….
